Corrugated Stainless Steel Tubing , or CSST, was first developed as a way to protect gas installations from the seismic movement earthquakes can cause, and it has been recognised as a gas piping material since 1998.

Now, around the world CSST is used as a reliable, flexible and time-saving alternative to copper and steel. Gastite^® CSST is suitable for use with all three family gases.

Meeting all relevant standards, it is approved under BS EN 15266 for corrugated pipework up to DN50 with a maximum working pressure of 500mbar.
